This year I will begin transitioning my Shifting States website and business towards a focus on embodiment and the emerging body-centered psychotherapy work I have been developing over the last two years. (New Shifting States website coming soon!)
My practice has begun to shift and evolve towards helping people embody and heal through a combination of bodywork and attention to deeper core beliefs as they manifest in the body-mind. This shift has come directly out of my experience with Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP) and has led me to seek more training in the field of body-centered Psychotherapy, specifically Hakomi Therapy. I am currently in a two year Hakomi training program, on course to graduate in 2011.
Over the next two years I will be transitioning my Shifting States practice to include this new body of work, and I will be updating my websites to reflect these changes.
