Payments on a Sliding Scale!
Dear Ones,
At last there’s a way for you to get the support you need at the price you can afford! Shifting States is moving to a sliding scale payment model that makes it easier for you to choose the fee that fits your budget.
1 Hour Session = $90 – $50.
1.5 Hour Session = $120 – $80.
2 Hour Session = $140 – $110.
It is my intention that more people come and receive the healing and support they need. To that end I hope that implementing a new payment structure will allow you to access my services more often as well as recommend others would either need some help with payment or who can afford to pay more.

The Nakedness Under our Clothes
The truth of who we are is so simple and so satisfying. It’s as obvious as recognizing that you are naked under your clothes!
Who you are is the perfection of reality arising, right now in this very moment, as you. When we connect deeply with that truth in our own body we experience deep satisfaction. Why? Because it’s true. We each live and express that fundamental truth differently, but in the end it’s the same deep peace that comes from this basic experience or truth. We’re all connected. We’re all naked under our clothes.
Then why do we experience so much turmoil, struggle, anxiety? Why so much disconnection, anxiety and aloneness? When you are afraid, alone and in pain, what happens to the simple truth of who you are? Does it go away? Are we really alone in those moments?
The truth of who you are is ALWAYS here, now. So is the deep satisfaction that comes when you directly experience yourself. When we are in pain and feeling alone, it’s as if we believe we are the clothes we are wearing instead of the nakedness underneath. No one would pull at their shirt and say, “this is me!” Who you are as this deep peace and connectedness is always here. You are that peace, right now.
The invitation is to slow down, turn your attention inward, and be willing to experience directly what is arising in you. That takes practice. Lots and lots of practice to be able to feel comfortable in your essential nakedness. It takes time, and having some help… reall helps!

I Completed the Hakomi Training!
After two years of incredible study and personal transformation, I have completed my training in the Hakomi Method of experiential psychotherapy!
It’s been a truly amazing journey for me. Not only do I feel very well equipped to offer help and guidance to my clients as a therapist, I feel humbled to offer these skills from a more authentic and vulnerable place. I am utterly amazed at how much I’ve changed in the past two years as a result of this training. It’s truly been a gift, and one that I am excited to share with you!

In the past two years I’ve already seen how powerful this gentle approach is and intend to continue with my studies and the Hakomi organization. In fact, as I celebrate the completion of my own training I am beginning a new journey as a Teaching Assistant in the next two year training that just started in Boulder! I am honored to be a part of the team, and with deeper involvement it is my intention to become a Certified Hakomi Therapist (CHT) in the next couple of years.
