My professional therapy work is based in the Hakomi Method of Experiential Psychotherapy, a body-centered, core level psychotherapy based in mindfulness.  By slowing down, turning your attention inward, and being willing to experience directly what is occurring in your system, profound shifts and healing occur.

Through mindfulness and support we gently bring unconscious, core-level material up into awareness.  Discovering the unconscious, core-level beliefs we are able to shift old patterns by offering nourishment and support so the nervous system can make new choices under stress.  This gentle and powerful approach is profoundly calming and satisfying, and yields greater and greater freedom.  Working slowly and consciously is the fastest and most effective way to freedom.
